The Bel-Air - It's kinda like a Rick Roll.
To Bel-Air someone is to tell them a shaggy dog story, supposedly relating to a serious matter, and then end by inserting the lyrics from the TV show "Fresh Prince of Bel Air"

and this is the reverse Bel-Air, where you START with the song and then segue into something serious.

Come on Jasoni... It's much funnier than a rickroll!! :)

Check out this blog - it's got a great explanation of the Bel Air (and rickrolling for that matter) and a really funny pic of a school paper that was submitted with a rickroll.
